# Name Numerology Knowledge Base · 姓名學五格剖象知識庫

**Five-grid name numerology** (五格剖象, the Kumazaki / 熊崎式 system) analyses a Chinese name by the **Kangxi stroke counts** of its characters. It derives **five grids** (Heaven, Personality, Earth, External, Total), maps each to one of **81 numbers** (rated auspicious to inauspicious), and reads the **Three Talents (三才)** from the elements of the three core grids.

This is the **static knowledge layer** in [Open Knowledge Format](https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/data-analytics/how-the-open-knowledge-format-can-improve-data-sharing/): stable, human- and agent-readable.
