# Sign Aspects · 合盤相位

Two sun signs are related by **how far apart they sit on the zodiac**, folded to 0–6 because an aspect has no direction. Comparing only the four elements — as a simple sign-compatibility table does — cannot tell a **neighbouring** pair from an **opposite** pair, yet those two mean almost opposite things.

| Square 四分相 | 90° | 3 | Three signs apart — the same mode of action expressed through clashing elements. |
| Trine 三分相 | 120° | 4 | Four signs apart, the same element. |
| Quincunx 補十二分相 | 150° | 5 | Five signs apart, sharing neither element nor mode. |
| Opposition 對分相 | 180° | 6 | Directly opposite signs. |

## The seven

### Conjunction 合相 (0°)

The same sign. Two mirrors — strengths amplified and blind spots amplified with them. Instantly comfortable, but someone has to play the other role.

同一個星座。兩人像照鏡子，優點放大、缺點也放大，容易一拍即合也容易同時踩同一個坑。最舒服的組合，卻最需要有人扮演不同的角色。

### Semi-sextile 十二分相 (30°)

Neighbouring signs. You can see each other but cannot quite reach — values sit one step apart and the point keeps getting missed. Not incompatible, just in constant need of translation.

相鄰的星座。看得見彼此卻使不上力，價值觀只差一步卻常常錯過重點，需要很多解釋才能對上頻率。不是不合，是要花力氣翻譯。

### Sextile 六分相 (60°)

Two signs apart — fire with air, earth with water. Easy and articulate together, but someone must take the initiative; a sextile never pushes the relationship along by itself.

相隔兩宮，火與風、土與水的互相支援。相處輕鬆、談得來，但緣分需要有人主動——六分相不會自己推著關係走。

### Square 四分相 (90°)

Three signs apart — the same mode of action expressed through clashing elements. The most direct friction, and the most growth; the arguments come from both wanting to lead the same thing.

相隔三宮，同一種行動模式卻用完全不同的元素。摩擦最直接，也最能逼對方成長；爭執多半不是因為不在乎，而是因為兩人都想主導同一件事。

### Trine 三分相 (120°)

Four signs apart, the same element. Pace and values line up naturally; the easiest of all pairings. The risk is exactly that ease — with no resistance, the relationship can simply stop moving.

相隔四宮，同一元素。步調與價值觀天生對得上，相處幾乎不費力，是最順的一組。風險在於太順——沒有阻力，關係也可能停在原地。

### Quincunx 補十二分相 (150°)

Five signs apart, sharing neither element nor mode. Two different worlds; neither can reason the other out from their own logic, so constant adjustment is required. The ones who last simply accept the difference.

相隔五宮，元素與模式都不同。彼此像來自不同的世界，很難用自己的邏輯理解對方，需要不斷調整。能長久的多半是願意接受「就是不一樣」的一對。

### Opposition 對分相 (180°)

Directly opposite signs. Complementary to the extreme — each holds what the other lacks, the strongest attraction and the strongest pull. Two ends of one axis: the question is never who is right, but whether both ends can be held as two faces of one thing.

正對面的星座。互補到極致——對方有的正是自己缺的，吸引力最強，拉扯也最強。同一條軸的兩端，關鍵不是誰對，而是能不能把兩端當成一件事的兩面。
