# Group Reading · 多人合盤

A pair reading answers *do we get on*. A group answers something a pair never can: **structure** — who harmonises with the most people, which single pairing carries the most tension, whether anyone sits comparatively apart. Those only appear once every member is read against every other.

Each pairing is computed with **exactly the same three-layer method** as the [two-person reading](./index.md) — deliberately, so that opening any two members in the pair tool never contradicts what the group matrix shows.

## Overall tone 群體偏向

- **Cohesive (整體相合)** — Harmonious pairings clearly outnumber clashing ones in this group — the rhythms mostly line up, and it takes less effort to be together.
- **Mixed (有合有沖)** — Harmonious and clashing pairings are about even here. Most groups look like this: some pairs line up naturally and some take more work — an entirely ordinary structure.
- **Frictional (張力較多)** — Clashing pairings outnumber harmonious ones. More tension does not mean worse relationships — it is common in groups whose members are strong-minded and unalike.

## What the structure can show 結構

- **Most connected (連結最多)** — A member harmonises with more of the group than anyone else. This describes the charts, not who matters more — how people actually get on depends on far more than this.
- **Least entangled (較少交集)** — A member’s chart has fewer strong ties either way with this group. That usually means being less swayed by the group’s mood — not being left out.
- **Strongest tension (張力最強的一對)** — The strongest tension in the group sits between A and B. Pairs with strong tension are often the ones who care most; the friction usually comes from facing different ways, not from indifference.

Each of these is only reported when it is **unambiguous**. If two members tie for the most connections, no hub is named — pointing at one person in a group deserves that caution.

## Shared palm stars 共同掌中星

A palm star appears in several members’ charts. A palm star recurring across a group means resonance in that quality — easy mutual understanding, and a shared blind spot with no one standing outside it.
