The star of movement and travel. An active, mobile life that favours change of place, trade and opportunities found away from home — restless, but resourceful on the move.

**General tendency:** brings movement and travel — fortune is found away from home.

## On each pillar 四柱

The same palm star reads differently depending on which pillar it lands on — the Year pillar speaks of the foundation one is born with, the Hour pillar of children and the years at the far end of life.

### 年柱 Year Pillar — foundation, ancestry & innate nature

Movement at the root: restless, seldom settled in one place, with a life of travel, relocation or leaving home. Fortune is found in motion — settling too early confines it.

年柱坐天驛，根基帶奔波遷移之性，難安於一地，一生多走動、變遷或離鄉發展。動中生財、外出有際遇，太早安定反而受限。

### 月柱 Month Pillar — parents, youth & early career

A family that moves; the young years may mean leaving home, changing surroundings or studying away early. Treat moving as normal and root the life in ability rather than in a place.

月柱坐天驛，父母或家庭多遷徙，少年時期可能離鄉、轉換環境或早早外出求學。宜視移動為常態，根扎在能力上而非地點上。

### 日柱 Day Pillar — the self, marriage & mid-life

A restless self; a spouse or a marriage tied to distance and travel, with much of mid-life spent on the road. Apart often but not adrift — the bond is kept by tending it, not by proximity.

日柱坐天驛，自身好動不耐靜，配偶或婚姻與異地、外出有關，中年多在路上。宜聚少離多而心不離，感情靠經營而非同處。

### 時柱 Hour Pillar — children, old age & later fortune

Children who build their lives elsewhere, far from home; an old age that still likes to move and does not suit staying put. Get used to the distance early — the moving is what keeps one well.
