什麼情況適合寫信

工具壞了：請一併說明用的瀏覽器與作業系統，以及你做了什麼步驟。附上畫面截圖會快很多。
想要新工具：說明你實際想解決的問題，比說明你想像中的功能有用。理念相同、能力所及的會排進開發。
知識庫內容有錯：命理各門派說法有差異，如果你看到的是明確的錯誤（而非流派差異），請指出是哪一頁、哪一段，可以的話附上依據。
隱私權相關請求：查詢、更正或刪除資料的權利行使，請見隱私權政策，也可以直接來信。
合作、授權或其他：直接說明來意即可。

回覆時間

這是一個業餘時間維護的專案，不是有客服團隊的公司。多數信件會在三到七個工作天內收到回覆；如果超過兩週沒回音，很可能是被歸到垃圾郵件，歡迎再寄一次。

If you would rather not send an email, the feedback form at the bottom of the homepage delivers to the same place. Leave an email address if you want a reply.

What's worth writing about

Something is broken: please include your browser and operating system, and what you did step by step. A screenshot makes it much faster.
A tool you wish existed: describing the problem you actually have is more useful than describing the feature you imagine. If it fits and it's feasible, it goes on the list.
An error in the knowledge base: schools of practice genuinely differ, so if you have found a clear mistake (rather than a difference of tradition), point to the page and the passage, with a source if you have one.
Privacy requests: to access, correct or delete data, see the Privacy Policy, or just write in.
Partnerships, licensing, anything else: just say what you have in mind.

Response time

This is a spare-time project, not a company with a support desk. Most messages get a reply within three to seven working days. If two weeks pass with no answer, it probably landed in spam — please do send it again.
