1. 服務內容

LocalPapa 提供一組免費的線上工具與知識內容。不需要註冊帳號即可使用全部功能；部分功能（如收藏、人物檔案）會把資料存在你自己瀏覽器的本機儲存區。

2. 資料處理與你的責任

絕大多數工具在你的瀏覽器內完成運算，檔案不會上傳到伺服器（細節見隱私權政策）。相對地，這表示運算結果與檔案的保存責任在你自己身上——請自行保留原始檔備份。因瀏覽器當掉、清除快取或關閉分頁造成的資料遺失，本站無從協助復原。

3. 計算結果僅供參考

本站的工具（含 PDF 與影像處理、工程計算、貸款與投資試算等）力求正確，但不保證結果無誤，也不對依據結果所做的決定負責。涉及金錢、健康、法律或工程安全的用途，請以專業人士或正式儀器的判斷為準。

4. 命理與占卜內容

By using LocalPapa (localpapa.com) you agree to the terms below. They are short, because what this site does is simple.

1. What the service is

LocalPapa provides a set of free online tools and reference content. No account is needed for any feature; some features (favourites, saved profiles) keep data in your own browser's local storage.

2. Data handling and your responsibility

Almost every tool runs entirely in your browser and no file is uploaded to a server (see the Privacy Policy for detail). The flip side is that keeping your files and results is your own responsibility — always keep a copy of the original. If a browser crash, a cleared cache or a closed tab loses your work, there is nothing on our side to recover it from.

3. Results are for reference only

The tools here — PDF and image processing, engineering calculators, loan and investment projections and the rest — aim to be correct, but no guarantee of accuracy is given and no liability is accepted for decisions made on the basis of their output. Where money, health, law or engineering safety is involved, rely on a qualified professional or a properly calibrated instrument.

4. Metaphysics and divination content

The Yizhangjing, Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi, synastry, horoscope, numerology, tarot, zodiac and name-analysis tools, together with the related knowledge base, are cultural tradition and entertainment with no scientific basis, offered for interest only. They do not constitute, and must not replace, medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make significant life decisions on the strength of a chart. Schools of practice differ; what is shown here is one common version.

5. Intellectual property

The code, interface design, knowledge base writing and development-log articles on this site are copyright LocalPapa. Quoting and linking are welcome with attribution and a link back; please do not mirror or bulk-republish without permission. The traditional material itself is in the public domain — what is claimed here is our own arrangement and writing.

6. Advertising and third-party links

This site carries Google AdSense advertising to cover running costs. Ad content is selected by Google and its appearance here is not an endorsement of the advertised product or service. The site also links out to external sites (including a "recommended" section) whose content and privacy practices are outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not scrape at a volume that burdens the service, circumvent or attack site security, or use these tools for unlawful purposes. The knowledge base is also published as machine-readable Markdown for AI retrieval — please use that route in preference to crawling the HTML.

8. Changes and interruption

This is a personal project. Tools may be added, changed or retired at any time, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control, without individual notice. Significant changes are recorded in the development log.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this site.
