The Ten Gods · 十神
The Ten Gods (十神) classify how every other stem relates to the Day Master — by the five elements’ generating/controlling cycles and by yin/yang polarity. | 傷官 (Hurting Officer) | brilliance, creativity and a rebellious edge |
| 偏財 (Indirect Wealth) | windfall wealth, opportunity and charm |
| 正財 (Direct Wealth) | earned, steady wealth |
| 七殺 (Seven Killings) | power, pressure and boldness |
| 正官 (Direct Officer) | status, discipline and propriety |
| 偏印 (Indirect Resource) | unconventional wisdom, intuition and a unique mind |
| 正印 (Direct Resource) | learning, protection and reputation |
