Auxiliary & malefic stars (雜曜)

- 左輔右弼 (Zuǒfǔ / Yòubì) — auspicious assistants — bring help, resources and capable supporters.
- 文昌文曲 (Wénchāng / Wénqū) — auspicious literary stars — intelligence, study, fame and refinement.
- 天魁天鉞 (Tiānkuí / Tiānyuè) — noble-helper stars — mentors, opportunities and timely aid.
- 祿存 (Lùcún) — wealth-preserving star — savings, security and material support.
- 天馬 (Tiānmǎ) — the Horse — movement, travel and momentum; amplifies fortune when with Lu.
- 擎羊陀羅 (Qíngyáng / Tuóluó) — malefic stars — friction, injury, delay and hidden obstacles.
- 火星鈴星 (Huǒxīng / Língxīng) — malefic fire stars — sudden flare-ups, impatience and abrupt change.
- 地空地劫 (Dìkōng / Dìjié) — emptiness stars — loss, setback and unconventional or spiritual leanings.
